Here is a look at what is going on in Woodridge, IL over the past six months. As usual these market updates take a look at “Active” “Under Contract” and “Sold” properties for Type 1 and Type 2. These statistics look at median and average price, market time, # of units, and high/low price. This is a general idea of the community and can be done for your specific neighborhood/subdivision.
