Here is a look at the Real Estate Market over the past 6 months in Wheaton, IL. As usual we are looking at the past 6 months in sold and under contract as well as the currently active listings. We’ll be looking at Type 1 and Type 2 properties. I examined the absorption rates for 10 Western Suburbs last week and Wheaton was included in those statistics.
